Affiliated with Hampton Roads Radiology Associates, The Vein Center was launched in 2004 at three locations already served by HRRA. The doctors who perform treatments at The Vein Center are HRRA member/partners who specialize in “interventional radiology,” or minimally invasive, targeted treatments performed using imaging guidance. In the hands of skilled radiologists, these relatively new procedures can often replace open surgical procedures and greatly reduce the associated risk, pain and cost of treatment.

HRRA was founded in 1980 with a commitment to excellence and has expanded to a group of 20 member/partner radiologists. This practice covers three hospitals and multiple outpatient imaging offices with radiologists who are certified by the American Board of Radiology. 19 of our member/partners are fellowship-trained radiologists with a wide range of expertise.
